zv999 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements — discovered at any point — entitles zv999 to immediately close the Account and void any pending or settled wagers placed while the User was ineligible.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the zv999 platform. Creating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or a different one — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. zv999 uses technical and manual verification to detect duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are detected, zv999 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void all wagers, and retain any funds obtained through the duplicate Account arrangement.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your Account credentials — including bets placed, deposits made, and personal information changes — is your responsibility unless you have notified zv999 in writing of unauthorised access prior to that activity occurring.
Before any withdrawal can be processed, zv999 requires you to complete identity verification. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or government-issued identity document. zv999 may also request proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your registered JazzCash or EasyPaisa account) and proof of address. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days of a verification request may result in Account suspension.
zv999 accepts deposits via the following methods, subject to availability in your region: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, Visa, and Mastercard.
The minimum single deposit amount is PKR 100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and by Account tier — refer to the Cashier section of your Account for current limits applicable to your account level.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be returned minus any associated processing fees. Repeated third-party deposits may result in Account suspension.
zv999 does not charge deposit fees on JazzCash or EasyPaisa transactions. Bank transfer and card deposit fees, if applicable, are displayed in the Cashier interface before you confirm the transaction. Cryptocurrency transactions are subject to network fees charged by the relevant blockchain network, which are outside zv999's control.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:
Typical processing times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes for verified Accounts. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank) are processed within one business day. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed within 15–60 minutes subject to network confirmation times.

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover") that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) is stated in the specific promotion's terms. Wagering requirements are calculated on bonus funds only unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
Each bonus is eligible to be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. zv999 uses technical detection methods to identify shared households and devices. Where bonus abuse is detected — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, coordinating with other players to exploit a bonus, or using professional gambling strategies designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk — zv999 reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and close the involved Accounts.
All bonus funds and free spins have an expiry period stated in the individual promotion's terms. Unused bonus funds or free spins that expire are automatically removed from the Account balance without compensation.
All bets placed on the zv999 sportsbook are subject to acceptance by zv999 at its sole discretion. zv999 reserves the right to decline, void, or limit any wager without providing a reason, including where system errors, pricing errors, or integrity concerns are identified. A bet is not accepted until you receive an explicit confirmation and a bet reference number from the platform.
Cricket markets on zv999 cover domestic and international competitions including PSL, T20 Internationals, ODI series, and Test matches. In-play betting is subject to market suspension during key events (e.g., wickets, over transitions, DRS reviews). zv999 follows standard cricket betting rules aligned with international sporting data providers for event settlement. In the event of match abandonment or rescheduling, applicable rules are stated within each market.
Where a bet is accepted at an incorrect price due to a technical error or human error, zv999 reserves the right to settle that bet at the correct price that should have been offered at the time of placement. Where the correct price cannot be determined, the bet may be voided and the stake returned. This applies regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed and displayed in your bet history.
If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or not completed within 48 hours of its scheduled start time, all single bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. In-play bets on completed portions of an event will be settled on the result of the completed portion, subject to the specific rules of the market involved.
All casino games and slot titles available on zv999 are provided by licensed third-party game developers and operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical game outcomes delivered via video stream from regulated studios.
zv999 publishes the Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot title within the game information panel. RTP figures represent theoretical long-term statistical returns and do not guarantee specific outcomes in any individual session.
In the event of a disconnection during a game round, zv999's server logs will determine the outcome of the interrupted round. If the round outcome cannot be determined from server logs, the stake for that round will be returned to your Account.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zv999 platform and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:
Where prohibited conduct is detected, zv999 will take immediate action including voiding all affected wagers, closing the Account, and retaining any balance as compensation for losses caused by the prohibited conduct. zv999 may also report the conduct to relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities.
zv999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification, prolonged inactivity, or a request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
Where an Account is closed by zv999 for reasons unrelated to prohibited conduct or breach of Terms, any remaining verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Account holder via their most recently used verified payment method within 14 business days of the closure decision.
You may request closure of your own Account at any time by contacting zv999 support. Closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any pending bets at the time of voluntary closure will be settled according to their applicable rules, and any remaining balance will be returned after settlement is complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zv999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service provider outages.
zv999's total aggregate liability to any User, arising from any cause of action whatsoever, shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that User in the 90 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
zv999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at zv999.biz/privacy-policy. By using the platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Your continued use of the zv999 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request Account closure, with any remaining verified balance returned as described in Section 11.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zv999 holds its gaming license. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the zv999 platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through direct communication with zv999 support.
If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of the initial complaint, either party may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism available through zv999's licensing authority. Details of the applicable escalation procedure are provided upon request.
Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms, to the extent permitted by the governing jurisdiction, shall be conducted in the English language.
